Reports from the Youth Encounter on Sustainability
As a major component of educational initiatives supported by the AGS, the Youth Encounter on Sustainability (YES) provides a forum for graduate and advanced level undergraduate students from around the world to come together for an intensive two-week session exploring the demands of sustainable development. Together, YES participants examine expert knowledge, share diverse cultural and disciplinary experiences, collaborate in multidisciplinary working groups, and define their roles as future academics and scientists in the process of sustainable development.

The YES website includes current details on the program. The accomplishments of recent YES sessions, including comments from student participants, are provided in the downloadable reports.
