Policies and Institutions are the
building blocks for transitions to sustainable pathways to
development. The AGS is working towards development of a coherent
theory of clean development and improvement in methodologies for
decision making at all levels in both the public and private
sectors. Our orientation is to contribute to a paradigm shift in
policies and structures for sustainable development.
